I've been a customer of Your Choice Plumbers for about five years, using them exclusively for the last two to three because of the excellent and thorough service Sam and Natasha provide. From the moment you call, Natasha greets you warmly, listens to what you need, and books your job as quickly as you need it. I'm particularly grateful for the manoeuvres Natasha made over the past couple of days (28 and 29 November) to ensure that some urgent plumbing work could be done at my new apartment. Sam is simply the best plumber I've ever encountered. He is kind, personable, explains clearly what has gone wrong and what he'll do to fix it. Moreover, Sam uses quality parts and fits them expertly, ensuring their longevity and delivering you absolute peace of mind. For a non-emergency, non-urgent call, someone was available to come quote the issue within two days. Sam was a fantastic plumber, took the time to explain the problem, went and got the replacement part and fixed it on the day. Armin is the best plumber in Victoria. He is honest, hardworking, kind and made a really great impression with me. Prices were very reasonable and when I noticed an issue (I turned the taps too hard and broke something) he came back promptly and fixed it with no hesitation and didn’t charge me anything either. He even gave my baby daughter a little toy when he came back to fix something for me. I mean I’ve never met a kinder more thoughtful person. Armin and Your Choice Plumbers will get all the jobs from my household! We had a blocked sewer pipe and Armin was great, he was friendly and worked quickly, trying a lot of different things and successfully got it unblocked. The price was reasonable for the large amount of work done. I was really happy with his service and would use Your Choice Plumbers again.
